This item is being sold as a factory second as it has some minor faults. The table top has a some minor scuff marks to one corner and a dent in the table top (see photos). There are some minor dents in the chair legs. The Chairs are different styles and different heights. There is a small gap between the top of the table legs and the table top. The set is structurally sound and perfectly usable.
